We engineered a rear
shock tower brace, the Z Brace™, that is more effective than traditional
braces. The Z Brace triangulates the back structure linking the shock
towers to the top trunk cross member.
The Z Brace's links are made from an aircraft aluminum
alloy that makes your chassis stiff without adding unneeded weight.
High strength steel brackets are used to mount the light weight links to the
chassis.
Shock tower bracing is extremely critical for both road and drag racing.
It is important to keep the chassis at the rear wheels stiff so the tires
can stay firmly planted, either through a corner or during a launch.
